What I collect
When you submit the form on this site I collect your name, company, phone number, email address, property address, project type, deadline, and whatever you write in the project description.
That is it. There is no account to create, no tracking pixel selling your behavior to an ad network, and no newsletter you get added to without asking.
Why I collect it
To scope and price your job, and to reach you about it. The property address is how I plan a site visit. The phone number is how I reach you fastest when something in the file needs an answer the same day.
Text messages
If you give me your phone number on the form, you are agreeing that I may text you about your project. That includes appointment coordination, requests for photos or documents, and questions about the scope.
Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which passes them to my email. My phone service is Quo, formerly OpenPhone. Those two vendors process the information in order to deliver it to me.
I do not sell your information. I do not trade it. If your job requires me to coordinate with your adjuster, carrier, or contractor, I share only what that specific coordination requires, and only in service of the work you hired me for.
How long I keep it
Project records are kept as long as the file could reasonably come back — claims reopen, supplements get filed, and a scope from eighteen months ago is sometimes the document that settles an argument. If you want your information deleted, ask and I will delete it.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop texts. Ask me to delete your information and I will. Ask me what I have on file and I will tell you. No form to fill out for any of it — call or email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version goes here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how I handle text messaging will not be applied retroactively to numbers already collected.
