Roof supplements
Missed items I commonly add with support: starter, ridge cap, drip edge, ice and water where required, valley metal, pipe jacks and flashing, steep and high charges, additional layers, decking, code items and gutters. Each line is backed by measurements and photos.
Restoration and mitigation supplements
Water, fire and mold jobs: drying equipment and monitoring, containment, antimicrobial, contents manipulation, demo heights, and the full rebuild scope after mitigation.
What you get
An ESX file, PDF estimate, sketch and photo report, ready for you to submit to the carrier. Turnaround is quoted per job.

Independent, not a public adjuster
I’m an independent Xactimate estimator, not a public adjuster. I don’t negotiate with your insurance company, represent you on the claim or promise any change in what it pays. No. I write the estimate and supporting documentation. You or your team submit it and handle the carrier.
