What the free review is

I read through the carrier’s or adjuster’s estimate and compare it with what you describe and any photos you send. Then I tell you, in plain language, what may be missing or worth a closer look, such as rooms, materials, demolition, drying-related items or code-required work.

The free review is a look at the estimate you already have. It is not a written estimate, an inspection report or coverage advice.

When you need a full estimate

If the review points to items that should be documented, the next step is a full written Xactimate estimate. That is a paid service and starts with an on-site walkthrough, where I measure and document the property with labeled photos and a Matterport 3D scan. See how pricing works.

What I don’t do

I’m an independent estimator, not a public adjuster. I don’t negotiate with insurance companies, give coverage or legal advice, or promise what a claim will pay. If you later hire me for a full estimate, meeting the adjuster on site to go over it is available as a paid add-on. You decide what to do with the information and who to share it with.

Timing

I review uploads in the order they arrive, during business hours. Timing depends on my schedule and how much is in the estimate, so I can’t promise a set turnaround. If you have a deadline, mention it in the message.
