Where I Work: On-Site Repair Estimates Across the Houston Area
I’m based in the Webster and Clear Lake area and drive to properties across greater Houston. Houston estimates start with a walkthrough at the property, so the first question is simple: can I get to you? Here’s where I work most often. If you don’t see your city, send the address and I’ll tell you straight.
How the service area works
My core service area is inside the Grand Parkway (Highway 99). I also go outside it, and some longer trips are possible. Jobs outside my service area may require a travel fee. Details are on the pricing page, and I’ll confirm it before anything is booked.
I don’t have a walk-in office. Visits take place at the property. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central.
Bay Area and Clear Lake
Webster, Clear Lake, League City and Friendswood. This is home base. Homes here see their share of storm, hurricane and water damage, from roof leaks to burst pipes and water heater leaks. I write water damage repair estimates, storm and roof damage estimates and hurricane damage estimates for homeowners and contractors across the Bay Area.
South and east Houston
Pearland, Pasadena, Baytown, La Porte, Deer Park, Seabrook and Kemah. Homeowners call me for an estimate for a home insurance claim or a second opinion on the adjuster’s estimate. Restoration companies and remodelers working these areas use me as an outside estimator.

Every property gets the same work: an on-site walkthrough, an itemized Xactimate repair estimate, labeled photos and a Matterport scan. I’m an independent estimator, not a public adjuster.
