Document before demo so evidence isn’t lost

- Wide shot of every room, then close-ups of damage and the water source
- Flooring type, layers and transitions; cabinet and countertop material
- Wet wall heights and moisture readings, room by room
- Ceiling height, room dimensions, doors, windows and trim
- Samples of flooring, baseboard and finishes before they’re hauled
- Mitigation logs, equipment counts and dates
