Dickinson took some of the worst flooding anywhere during Harvey in 2017, with Dickinson Bayou and its tributaries putting feet of water into slab homes. Those homes call for flood-cut drywall, insulation, baseboards, doors, cabinets and flooring written room by room. Texas City and La Marque see hurricane wind and roof damage, and Santa Fe and Hitchcock have more acreage, manufactured homes and detached shops and barns. Plumbing leaks and freeze damage happen everywhere.
