Commercial repair estimates, unit by unit
Apartments, retail spaces and offices need an estimate that keeps each unit and common area separate and still adds up to one file. I walk the property, document each space with photos and Matterport and write an itemized Xactimate repair estimate, including access, phasing and after-hours work where occupancy requires it.
Property owners, managers and contractors use the estimate to plan repairs or support a claim. I’m an independent estimator, not a public adjuster or insurance adjuster. I don’t negotiate claims, interpret coverage or promise any claim outcome or payment. I document the damage and write the repair scope.
