Hurricane Damage Repair Estimates in Houston
Wind-driven damage and water intrusion on the same file, documented so each can be attributed correctly where coverage requires the distinction.
Wind, rain and water in one estimate
Hurricanes and tropical storms usually cause more than one kind of damage at the same property: roof and exterior damage from wind, and water damage inside from rain or rising water. I walk the whole property, document each kind of damage where I find it and write one itemized repair estimate that keeps the roof, exterior and interior work organized.
I work across the Houston area, including Webster, Clear Lake, League City, Pasadena and Baytown. I’m an independent estimator, not a public adjuster or insurance adjuster. I don’t negotiate claims, interpret coverage or promise any claim outcome or payment. I document the damage and write the repair scope. See also storm and roof damage estimates and the service area.
